In recent years, we have trained many office trainees for administration and transport/haulage. Common to all of them is that they have had their own tasks to do right from the very first day and assumed their own field of responsibility soon after. We have learned by experience that this gives the most job satisfaction during the 2 years of the traineeship, and it gives the best basis for proceeding once the education is completed.

Quite often, we have been in a position to offer permanent employment to trainees after they have concluded their 2-year traineeship.
